Carey on comeback trail

Bristol City captain Louis Carey played 90 minutes in the club's reserve friendly with Cheltenham on Tuesday. The skipper was making his comeback from a heel injury in the 1-1 draw, which was held at the Robins' training ground. He told the club's official website: "I feel good and it's great to be back playing. I really needed that 90 minutes." Fellow defender Christian Ribeiro played 45 minutes as he looks to recover from a back problem. The 20-year-old has also only recently completed his rehabilitation from the cruciate knee ligament injury he suffered at the start of last season.
