Today is the last day to bring in loan players before the transfer window for league teams ends.
"People always want there to be action and some clubs seem to panic when a deadline is about," Gary told bcfc.co.uk.
"We feel that we're doing okay at the moment. There have been lots of strikers' names thrown up, which is very easy to do, but it's not always the case that you can bring those types of players in.
"Of course we've been out there looking and making enquires but we're also very happy with the squad we have built at this moment in time."
