After languishing in the bottom three for the first three months of the season, the Robins have begun to climb the table. Millen`s men have lost only once in the last nine games, winning six of them.
"You can see the belief is back," said Millen. "We've had to come through some very hard times, and there were times when I wondered if the belief would ever be there again. But the lads have stayed strong, worked hard and are now believing again.
"And it's not just the players - you can see the belief coming back to the fans and they now expect us to go out and win games.
"We know we can`t afford to get carried away because there is still a lot of work to be done, but the team is now playing with confidence and we are looking at the top end of the table and not at the bottom.
"That is down to the character shown by my players and I' am very proud of them."
