The Brazilian keeper has fallen out of favour at City having turned down the offer of a new contract and Johnson would like to offload him during the January transfer window if possible.
"We've not received any interest in him so far and we expect nothing to come in for him at the moment," Johnson told skysports.com
"We obviously hope that there will be some offers this month because we feel it is time for him to move on.
"But until we get that then he remains part of the squad."
