Scunthorpe v Bristol City

Last updated : 16 April 2010 By BBC Sport

Bristol City winger Jamal Campbell-Ryce will miss out with a hamstring injury.

Goalkeeper Dean Gerken is expected to be available again after recovering from a collarbone injury, but he is unlikely to displace Stephen Henderson.

MATCH PREVIEW

Having been relegated after one campaign in the Championship the season before last, Scunthorpe are hoping to retain their place in the second tier for the first time in 47 years.

It has been tough for The Iron since last year's promotion from League One, but they are two points and two places above the drop zone and have a great chance of staying up.

However, after losing their last three matches, conceding 10 goals in the process, they are struggling to get over the safety line and remain in serious danger of a second relegation in three years.

Scunthorpe's problems have largely been down to having the division's worst defensive record. Encouragingly for them, only Derby and relegated Peterborough have scored fewer away goals this season than Bristol City.
