Tinnion: We'll turn it round

City have managed just one draw from their opening three games this term and find themselves at the foot of the League One table.

"We've got to be ruthless up front, as we're not creating enough chances, and not taking them when they come," said Tinnion.

"We've conceded from two set-pieces - a free-kick that's gone straight in from wide, and a poor penalty after Dave Partridge's handball.

"Apart from that, our keeper Steve Phillips hasn't had a save to make in the 90 minutes. He's made something like two saves in three games.

"We've got a new squad of players who are still getting to know each other, and we've got to stick together.

"We will turn it round - when we get that first win, we'll get a lot more."
