"We've got to be ruthless up front, as we're not creating enough chances, and not taking them when they come," said Tinnion.
"We've conceded from two set-pieces - a free-kick that's gone straight in from wide, and a poor penalty after Dave Partridge's handball.
"Apart from that, our keeper Steve Phillips hasn't had a save to make in the 90 minutes. He's made something like two saves in three games.
"We've got a new squad of players who are still getting to know each other, and we've got to stick together.
"We will turn it round - when we get that first win, we'll get a lot more."
