This City Sport Network site, has been going along time, its had 3 name changes now and the site has had up and down periods, it started with Pete (City_Nut) making the site "Zider Reds", its never really took of for reasons.
Then he changed the site again to "TheCityNet" but it didn't last long at all, when Pete approached me on MSN and asked me to help him, I had been following the progress of the site and wanted to help and give suggestions, when he spoke and asked i was more than glad to help, i did have my own site - www.ciderarmy.cjb.net but it never took off.
We said that we would forget that there was ever this site on Sport's Network and start totally again, we decided the name "Over The Gate" and thought this would be a opinion site not much of a fact site, with Fan Interviews etc. It would be a great chance for fans to air their views and be in the spotlight.
We got a nice logo in and launched the site, we managed 500 hits on the launch day which is probably more than the site has had all together.
Me and Pete aim to improve the site always and we will have a weekly column each and are thinking of Fans column's and letters.
