NORWICH City forward Darel Russell has admitted that his side face a tough task when they travel to Ashton Gate on Saturday but is confident that his team can take something back to Anglia with them.

The Canaries were beaten twice by the Robins last season and are currently hovering just above the relegation zone. A 2-1 defeat at Ashton Gate last season will be remembered for a controversial moment which saw League action brought against Glenn Roeder and his assistant Lee Clark.

This time around Russell is hoping for a more positive result,

"I'm sure it will be a tough game, last time we met they gave it their all," he told First News,

"No game is an easy match in this league, the Championship is a difficult league at the moment."

Norwich are looking to break a three game winless streak and Russell said,

"We'll relish the challenge that Bristol provide us with on Saturday and we'll go there wanting to get a win. Hopefully we'll come out on top."
