Brown has put it all behind him now

The off field problems involving Brown, Steve Brooker, Bradley Orr and Dave Partridge have been put behind them and City are enjoying a run of 5 wins in the last 6 games.

Brown's latest goal came in the 2 - 0 win at Port Vale on the weekend.

Speaking to the official website Brown said

"I feel I've settled into the team now and I'm scoring from the wings. When I get the ball I'm comfortable, I'm not panicking like I was earlier in the season.

"I spoke to the other lads and it's a massive weight off of our shoulders. Now we concentrate 100 per cent on football again - that's all I'm interested in."

"We're playing well as a team, currently third in the table and if we keep on winning we'll begin to build a gap between us and the rest.

"There was talk about us having a poor start to the season but it was early days. Look at us now after ten games, hopefully we can kick on from here.

"As long as I'm playing I'm happy and that's the case with a lot of the lads. We've got a great squad and as long as we're winning it's a happy squad."
