Carey backs City over Wolves

BRISTOL City captain Louis Carey has warned Wolves not to get complacent despite beating his Premiership chasing team on Saturday.

Despite losing out to the midlands side on Saturday, who in the process extended their unbeaten run to eight games, Carey remained cautious about his own team's and their opponents ability to reach the Premiership.

While Wolves sit top of the pile, City are in sixth, hoping to bounce back from defeat against Plymouth tomorrow evening. Carey remained unimpressed by the performance of Wolves saying he feels they still have weakness. He told the Guardian: "The way they play is a little bit long-ball and hoping to pick the pieces up, gambling they'll get a chance from that.

"I prefer the way we try and play the ball a bit more."
