The Tottenham teenager caught the eye with some impressive displays in a month which saw the Robins climb the npower Championship table courtesy of three victories.
Caulker played an integral role in Keith Millen's side keeping three clean sheets and his contribution has not gone unnoticed by the City boss.
Millen told the club's official website: "We've been on a good run and Steven's been a massive part of that.
"He's a young lad who's learning the game very quickly. Each game that goes by he's improving and learning. He's taken it all in his stride."
