BRISTOL City manager Gary Johnson admits he will have revenge on his side when his side face off against Cardiff at Ninian Park.

Both cities are unbeaten heading into the weekend's game in the Championship and the City manager is expecting nothing but a tough game on Saturday at 3pm.

He told Bristol City World: "We know it's going to be a heated atmosphere at Ninian Park, hopefully we can give a good account of ourselves."

In a return to Championship action after the international break the City manager is keen to avenge a defeat his side suffered last season. He continued: "We've still got that bad taste in our mouth. We do want to avenge that defeat but at the same time we want to go there and win anyway."

He praised the success of both sides and admitted that they are both destined for great seasons this time around,

"Both teams lost their respective finals, but I think both loo solid Championship teams this season already."
