Wales international David Partridge, 27, and Bristol City team mates, Scott Brown, 21, Bradley Orr, 23, and Steve Brooker, 25 were charged with affray.
Brooker, Orr and Partridge pleaded guilty during a hearing at Bristol Crown Court on Friday.
Brown denied affray, but admitted the lesser charge of a section 4 public order offence.
Partridge, who has been capped seven times by his country, also pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, when violence flared outside Romeo Browns nightspot in Bristol city centre.
The footballers spoke only to confirm their names and to enter their pleas during the five-minute hearing.
Robert Davies, prosecuting, said the Crown would be accepting the men's pleas and confirmed they had been entered at the earliest opportunity.
Brown, of Shannon Walk, Portishead; Orr, of Battery Road, Portishead; Partridge, of Lower Burlington, Portishead; and Brooker, of Strathearn Drive, Bristol, were all granted bail on the condition they co-operated with the probation service.
They will be sentenced on a date to be fixed.
Two doormen - Deuel Montique Brown, 31, of Roseberry Park, Bristol, and Michael Crook, 23, - have been charged with common assault over the same incident.
