City Won't Rush Into Tinnion Replacement

Tinnion resigned from his post on Sunday just twenty-four hours after City suffered their embarrassing 7-1 defeat at Swansea and assistant Keith Millen has been handed the job on a caretaker basis.

"We're going to advertise for applications and we'll see what comes along, and that includes Keith," the City chairman told the Evening Post.

"There is no time limit, but hopefully we'll be in a shortlist situation in a couple of weeks' time.

"This is an opportunity to look at all aspects of the club and the way it is run.

"The mere fact that it's out in the public domain will generate interest in the job.

"We're obviously looking around to see who might be appropriate, but we'll see who applies and go from there."
