Defender Not Signing

City signed the centre-back from Scunthorpe on free transfer in January but he had injury problems during his four month spell at Ashton Gate at the end of last season.

Now, City boss Gary Johnson has revealed that after reveiwing the results on a medical he will not be offering Iriekpen a contract at Ashton Gate as he does not think he will manage to play enough games for the club next season.
