BRISTOL City will be looking to bounce back from defeat at the first oppertunity this weekend when they take on QPR - but Gary Johnson and his team will be under no illusions that they face a tough task if they want to win their first competetive game at Ashton Gate this season.

City's only other performance on home soil was a 1-1 draw with Derby County and on Saturday they face a QPR side looking to keep up good form which has seen them put in two impressive performances in the last two games.

Last night Ian Dowie's side beat Carlisle 4-0 with a hat-trick from Emmanuel Ledesma, currently on loan from Real Madrid. The young Argentine has been one of the star performers in the Championship so far this season and QPR assistant boss Tim Flowers believes Ledesma could be the key player when his side travel to the West Country this weekend.

He told teamtalk.com: "The fans that have paid to come and see us this season will be pleased with the way Emmanuel has been playing.

"He is a very gifted kid - but he's still learning his trade. He pops up in areas that can hurt people, he has a decent left peg and he likes shooting when he has a chance."
