Gary: More flair needed

"We were disappointed with the penalty for them when it came, but we drove at them and got our goal back with enough time to go on and win it," he told the official website.

"We didn't create as many chances as I would have liked us to, and we were lacking any flair. There was no real skill or ability, it was just work-rate.

"We need to start putting some flair back into our game to move away from teams like these. Our players have got that ability, but they didn't show it today.

"With all due respect to Leyton Orient, for us to get our promotion we need to be ahead of teams below us.

"There are no easy games and Orient have a lot to play for, but we need to show more quality to create chances and win these games."
