Johnson is confident of victory ahead of the Carling Cup tie.
HOURS ahead of his teams clash with Peterborough United at Ashton Gate in the Carling Cup, Gary Johnson has been speaking to the press about cup upsets - but is determined that his side won't be one of tonight's scalp for League One and League Two clubs.

City have clashed with the likes of Middlesbrough and Manchester City in their time as a League One club and Johnson realises that tonight's opponents will be looking for a little success of their own. He told Bristol City World: "Last year we beat Brentford and then drew Manchester City. That was a good game, one of many I've experienced in this competition over the years."

"It's always nice to face a Premier League team, but you have to earn that right by beating another team first. There will definately be some upsets over the course of Tuesday and Wednesday but we have to make sure it's not us."
