To win a game you have to create opportunities, but we did not really do so. We worked hard, but did not perform to our full capability.

"We need to fine-tune, and sooner rather than later. Not everyone is firing on all cylinders. We have battled well against a very good side.

"But we needed to come away with a point. We have not done so, and that is why we are disappointed.

"We have got to put things right quickly, and I will have to consider what action I will take over the next few days."

Ronnie Moore

"We were full value for the win. Nearly all the chances fell to us.

"Bristol have got a lot of quality, but overall it was full marks to us for endeavour. We did the right things without panicking because a goal would not come.

"We defended well when we had to. They showed us a lot of respect, and they seemed to be happy to soak up the pressure.

"We had to be patient, but the crowd got behind us. Overall, no one could deny we deserved to win the game."
