Managers pre Rotherham

"We know what to expect at Millmoor. It can be bleak and wintry up there, although I understand the pitch is okay at the moment.

"It's not the sort of venue where you can expect to get the ball down and play pretty football. Rotherham are doing well this season, considering the ten-point penalty they started with, and we are anticipating a very tough game.

"This will be a hard game, make no mistake. We've just had two tough home games on the spin in Forest and Yeovil and this will be equally as tough.
"But Gary Johnson will be equally aware that his side face a tough game - he's a shrewd guy who won't be kidded by our position down there.
"We have to make sure that we are ready for another big challenge tomorrow and, for me, it's like it being a clash between two teams in the top six. They are a good side and all I can do is set my team up and let's see what we can do.
"We have taken good strides forward but we still have plenty to do down where we are.

"Last week's win did enable us to open a little gap but we have to keep pushing onwards and upwards the best we can.
"This is a big month with a lot of games in it and, while this goes for most teams, it is a month that can set you up."
