Bristol City boss Keith Millen wants his side to gain at least seven points from their next four games.Millen's side travel to Reading on Boxing Day, then welcome Crystal Palace and Cardiff to the Memorial Ground, before the trip to QPR on 3 January.

"If we could get three wins then certainly we'd be in the top 10," Millen told BBC Radio Bristol.

"Seven points would get us to mid-table, anything below gives the teams below us a chance of catching us."

Millen, whose side have won three of their last four games, added: "If you can get a good performance in, then you don't need to worry about it and can just move onto the next game.

I question the squad's ability to handle four games in eight days

"We sat down with the players and we set ourselves a target.

"We're looking to win every game, but all you can do is guarantee your performance and we know if we do that we're a match for anyone.

"With the four games in eight days there are a lot of points to play for and, if we can get a good return, then we'll be looking a lot better."
