OK it's away at leaders Watford but at least November has gone.

Wolves Drew 1 - 1
Charlton Loast 0 - 1
Ipswich Lost 0 - 6
Leicester Lost 0 - 2
Hull Drew 0 - 0

Gary Johnson was proud of his players after they earned a point at Hull last night despite playing with only 10 men in the second half.

Johnson was livid with the referee for not awarding City a second hald penalty that could have won the game for the visitors.

"We played a fantastic first half and, until the sending off, I thought we were going to go on and win the game.

"We were playing well, we had quietened the crowd and we had rediscovered our form. But then the game changed and we needed 10 heroes out there in the second half. I'm so proud of the boys, because Hull is a difficult place to play and we've come away with a very big point.

"I thought the 10 men were absolutely magnificent and they showed how good they are in adversity. We'd had three defeats and these boys showed how determined they were not to have a fourth. I was very, very proud of them."

Of the sending off Johnson said: "Jamie is disappointed, but we went out there to make our tackles and he's mis-timed a couple. It was unfortunate, because it cost us a player in a game we were dominating."

Back to the penalty that wasn't given.

"Of course it was a penalty," complained Johnson afterwards. "I think the referee knows it was one as well. Because it was late in the game and because Hull have a big crowd, he felt he couldn't give it and we've missed out on winning the game.

"There's no way Darren was going to go down deliberately because he was through.

"I've asked the referee about it and he's said he'll look at the video and, if he's wrong, he'll phone me and say sorry. But he can't give me the penalty back and our lads feel as though they've been cheated.

"We know it's a poor decision and that's disappointing."
