Preston v Bristol City

Last updated : 04 February 2011 By BBC Sport

Bristol City look certain to be without Cole Skuse, who has been struggling with a persistent toe injury.

He will be joined on the sidelines by Jamal Campbell-Ryce, after the winger damaged his hamstring against Swansea.

MATCH PREVIEW

Phil Brown goes into his fifth game as Preston manager still looking for his first win since taking over at Deepdale. His team are without a victory in six matches and are three points adrift at the bottom of the table.

Millen accepts Preston expectations

One of Brown's priorities has been to tighten up a defence that has conceded 49 league goals this season.?Two of them came in Tuesday's defeat at Barnsley, where their shortcomings at the back were evident once again.

City have also been struggling of late. The Robins are only three places and five points above the relegation zone, and are looking for a first win in six Championship games.

Quite simply, the goals have dried up for Keith Millen's side. They have not scored in five matches and have completed six hours of league football without finding the net.
