"We've been speaking to Fulham for some time about Liam and we've agreed to spread out the payments along with some on contingencies," Lansdown told the official website.
The club also hope to sort out a deal for Hearts left sided player Jamie McAllister.
"We're still in negotiations with Hearts at this moment in time," Lansdown continued
"With a bit of luck that should sort itself out this week. We're hoping to tidy up the paperwork and if we can do that it will happen, if we can't then maybe it won't. At the moment it looks like it will."
