Summer signing Eddie Johnson (ankle) will resume on the substitutes' bench after making a surprise appearance in the defeat at Nottingham Forest.

Bristol City boss Gary Johnson hinted he may stick with the side that beat Scunthorpe 1-0 on the opening day.

City emerged from the game unscathed and Johnson is set to opt for the same squad, though keeper Chris Weale still has a knee ligament injury.

Bradford manager Colin Todd is not expected to make any changes to his starting line-up for the visit of Bristol City on Tuesday evening.

Summer signing Eddie Johnson will be on the substitutes' bench again after making a surprise appearance in the opening-day defeat at Nottingham Forest following ankle ligament damage.

Last season's top scorer Dean Windass will partner David Graham again up front, with fellow loanees Lee Holmes and Ben Parker starting on the wing and at left-back respectively.

New signing Jermaine Johnson will resume on the opposite flank to Holmes, with the latter's Derby team-mate, defender Nathan Doyle, taking his place on the bench.

Bristol City manager Gary Johnson hinted he may stick with the side that beat Scunthorpe on the opening day.

Johnson got his first full season in charge off to a winning start thanks to summer signing Enoch Showunmi's superbly-taken second half goal.

City emerged from the game unscathed and Johnson is set to take the same squad to Valley Parade.

"The lads did well on Saturday and I usually keep faith with a winning team," Johnson said. "We have pretty much a full strength squad so I can make changes should I feel the need - and I might.

"A couple of the lads have dodgy tummy's so that could be something we have to consider but it will be pretty much the same as Saturday."

Goalkeeper Chris Weale, a close season arrivals from West Country rivals Yeovil, is still recovering from a knee ligament injury.
